博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师,兼任南京大学海安高新技术研究院副研究员,南通明诺电动技术有限公司技术总监,东华大学数字化纺织服装技术教育部工程研究中心博士毕业,米兰理工大学联合培养博士(导师:沈波教授;国外导师:Hamid Reza Karimi教授),南通市海门区科技局顾问专家,主要从事多智能体系统,智能控制算法及网络化系统研究,在国内外期刊和重要会议上发表论文40余篇,出版Elsevier英文学术专著一部,以第一作者/通信身份发表国际SCI期刊论文30余篇(包含IEEE/IFAC汇刊15)。主持国家自然科学基金,江苏省自然科学基金等纵向课题6项,参与包括国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金等国家级项目/人才计划7项。获得多项最佳论文奖,最佳引用论文奖。担任信息与控制青年专家顾问团成员、ChainIntelligence & Robotics (ESCI)Digital Transportation and Safety (ECSI) 8个国际期刊编委、青年编委,担任多个国际会议程序委员会委员及分会主席,担任包括IEEE-TCYB, IEEE-TNNLS, IEEE-TITS, IEEE/CAA JAS50余本国际期刊审稿人。

研究方向:多智能体系统,智能控制算法,网络化系统

科研项目:主持国家自然科学基金项目,江苏省自然科学基金青年项目,江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目,南通市自然科学基金青年项目,省重点实验室开放课题、永利23411集团高层次人才引进项目等6项,参与包括国家自然科学基金优秀青年项目,面上项目,国防重点项目课题等在内的国家级项目/人才计划7项。

教学方面:主讲车联网技术(本科生)、信号分析与处理(本科生)、车路协同系统(研究生)。近2年指导本科生老员工创新项目国家级立项1项,指导以本科生发表SCI论文多篇(包含IEEE-TII, IEEE SPL等权威期刊),指导的本科生获得2024江苏省优秀本科毕业设计。指导的研究生获得多次全国研究生数学建模二等奖,发表多篇行业权威期刊。指导的本科生研究生获得多项学科竞赛奖励包括美国数学建模H奖,全国研究生数学建模二等奖等。


每年计划招收人工智能/自动化方向硕士研究生2名,主要从事智能控制算法、多智能体系统等方向的研究工作。课题组与国内外多所知名高校保持良好合作关系,优秀者可推荐继续深造或交流学习。课题组氛围轻松,定期组织团建和聚餐。
